The »Hi Human!« interactive robot installation at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences invites you to dive into the exciting world of the KI-Produktionsnetzwerk.

A robotic arm interacts with passersby, creating a playful connection between humans and collaborative robots. Acting as an ambassador for AI research, it makes complex topics like safety, efficiency, and sustainability feel more approachable.

The project developed its own user-friendly interface for creating fun, human-robot interactions. Soon to be released as open-source, this tool will also appeal to creatives in design and architecture.

As a team member of the Hybrid Things Lab, Mathias contributed to the development of »Hi Human!« in the role of technical director.
